Our meeting this time will be a bit different.  In the past we have been mostly report driven.  That is frankly not the most interesting way to spend an evening.  So……… first thing is we will enjoy dinner together.  I would ask that you bring your sandwich, salad or leftover whatever (it can be heated in the microwave) and the FOL will provide drinks and dessert.

We will begin our business meeting at 6:00 PM with the Call to Order and Approval of the Agenda.  Then……we will have a speaker for about 15 minutes.  Trent Linville from the Spring Hill BOMA will give us an update on the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s plans for widening Highway 31.  All of us have an interest in understanding the length and severity of the pain we will feel during the widening process.

Following Mr. Linville’s short talk, Dana will give the Library Director’s Report.  All other FOL reports will be published in the Meeting Agenda for your review.

Finally, we have one order of business to attend to and that is the final approval of the by-laws changes.  There were two tabled items for which information will be provided and a vote taken.

It is our hope that this format will give all of us an opportunity to get to know each other better and to listen to something more interesting that report numbers.
